🧘
1. Morning yoga facing the Ria

The campsite regularly hosts practitioners for yoga sessions (on the lawn, by the ria, or indoors depending on the weather). Formats vary across the season: group classes, one-to-one, morning slots. For the schedule and bookings, contact reception. Bring your own mat if you can; some practitioners may lend one.
⭐ Plus : starting the day at 7am facing the light rising over the ria
💆
2. Massage and reflexology: gentle recovery

On site, partner practitioners offer massage and reflexology sessions by appointment. Ideal to release tension after a long drive or for a mid-stay reset. Ask reception for contacts and availability when you arrive.
⭐ Plus : a real reset without leaving the campsite
🌊
3. The natural seawater pool: mineral therapy

Our seawater pool is unique: tide-fed, chlorine-free, rich in salts and trace elements. Bathing here is gentler than in a standard pool, with a naturally invigorating effect. Combine with a swim from the private beach and a sun nap for the salt / sand / sun triad.
⭐ Plus : a free mini-thalassotherapy within everyone's reach
🌿
4. The silence of Natura 2000

The Ria d'Étel is classified Natura 2000: birds, shifting light, relative quiet. The GR34 trail passes 1.7 km from the campsite, and several short loops (Belz Marine Loop, Tro Belz, the path to Saint-Cado) make meditative walks accessible. See our hiking guide for detailed routes.
⭐ Plus : a barefoot walk on wet sand at low tide
🥗
5. A typical wellness day at Le Moulin des Oies

7am: yoga on the lawn. 8:30am: light breakfast on the terrace. 10am: gentle walk on the ria. 12:30pm: market picnic (Étel on Tuesday, Auray on Monday). 3pm: shaded nap. 5pm: swim in the seawater pool. 7pm: crêpe at the snack with sunset over the ria. 9pm: silence and stars.
⭐ Plus : a day fully at your own pace
