Wellness & yoga campsite: a peaceful retreat on the Ria d'Étel
A wellness break by the Ria d'Étel
At Le Moulin des Oies Campsite, in Belz, wellness isn't a one-off yoga class. It's an atmosphere: a private beach 50 metres away, a natural seawater pool fed by the tides, a Natura 2000 setting on the Ria d'Étel, and a deliberately slower pace. The site regularly hosts yoga, massage and reflexology with local practitioners.
It's the place to put down the mental load, walk barefoot on the sand, hold your shavasana to the sound of birdsong and forget when the session ends. Ideal for a solo stay, a couple's weekend or a gentle off-season retreat.
“Slow down, breathe, listen to the wind in the pines — that's the only programme.”

Yoga, massage and reflexology on site
The campsite regularly hosts wellness practitioners: yoga classes, massage and reflexology sessions. Formats vary with the season (one-to-one, group classes on the lawn or facing the ria).
For the schedule, booking and pricing, contact reception directly. In high season, some slots are open to guests on a drop-in basis; in shoulder season, sessions can be arranged on request.
💡 Bring your own mat if you're attached to it; otherwise, ask reception what can be loaned.
The natural seawater pool: mineral therapy
Our natural seawater pool is unique in South Brittany: directly tide-fed, with no chlorine or chemicals, it offers an invigorating mineral swim, gentler than a standard pool. The water — rich in salts and trace elements — acts as a natural remedy: a family-friendly cousin of cold-water bathing.
Combine it with a swim from the private beach, then a sunbathing breath session or a barefoot walk on wet sand. The salt-water / sand / sun triad is one of the best free self-care combinations in the world.

Walk, breathe, disconnect
At 1.7 km from the GR34 (the customs officers' coastal trail), the campsite is an ideal launch pad for meditative walks. The Ria d'Étel, classified Natura 2000, offers a preserved setting: birds, shifting light, relative quiet.
Three gentle walks for sunrise or sunset: the Belz Marine Loop (6 km, 1h30), the Saint-Cado coastal path (25 min on foot) and the campsite's private beach at low tide for a barefoot walk.
