The Islands
Saint-Cado Island
Less known than the Gulf of Morbihan, the Etel ria, south of Lorient, is just as beautiful. It's a miniature sea, an arm of the sea that has carved into the land a setting of clear waters where small islands dotted with chapels and fountains abound. The most secret of Morbihan's 'little seas' is bottle-shaped, narrow at its mouth and flared downstream. It's not easily conquered because a nasty bar locks access to its roadstead. Formed by huge sandbanks moving under the push of opposing currents, the bar constantly moves! Its very dangerous swirls are the nightmare of sailors. It's from the top of the 'cliff' dunes that you can best observe the astonishing spectacle of waves raised by this man-eater. In addition to its long beaches, the ria hides a rare pearl in its midst: the islet of Saint-Cado. A lovely island connected to the land by a stone bridge...

The Ponant Islands
Off the Quiberon peninsula, Belle-Île-en-Mer is the largest of the Ponant Islands, its landscapes are sumptuous: steep coves bathed in turquoise water, vast beaches of fine golden sand, fragmented cliffs... The high cliffs of Houat Island stand off Quiberon, nature reigns everywhere. On Hoëdic Island, the smallest, everyone knows each other, the welcome is spontaneous. The numerous coves of fine sand invite you to linger...

La-Trinité-sur-Mer: A Must-Visit Destination
Once a fishing and trading port, La-Trinité-sur-Mer has gradually evolved into a world-renowned marina. Nestled along the banks of the Crac'h river, La-Trinité-sur-Mer is the ideal starting point for discovering the bay and its islands. It offers both the charm of an authentic Southern Brittany village and the tranquility of a family-friendly seaside resort.

Vannes, City of Art and History
Sheltered behind its medieval ramparts and fortified towers, the city of Vannes offers visitors magnificent architectural surprises: lovely cobblestone streets leading to Saint-Pierre Cathedral, half-timbered houses, French formal gardens, ancient washhouses, private mansions... To top it all off, you will find a charming marina right in the heart of the city center. Lively, with a warm and festive atmosphere, Vannes is sure to charm visitors of all ages!

Discover Carnac: Megalithic Sites, Thalassotherapy, Casino, and Beaches
Carnac is undoubtedly famous for its alignments! It is home to nearly 4,000 standing stones, erected between 5000 and 2000 BC, stretching over more than 4 kilometers. Beyond its megalithic appeal, Carnac is also a gentle and pleasant seaside resort, a perfect destination for families. Lovers of sand, sun, and swimming will be delighted by Carnac's Grande Plage and Saint-Colomban beach. For hiking and nature enthusiasts, there is plenty to do as well: the resort's natural heritage offers vast, rich, and varied spaces, ranging from countryside and forests to heathland landscapes.
